SAFE Comprehensive Fundamentals of Mortgage Education Study Guide and Practice Exam Test
The SAFE Act requires state-licensed Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to pass a written qualified test developed by the NMLS and administered by an approved test provider. Depending on the state agency or agencies in which applicants are seeking licensure, the SAFE MLO Test is comprised of one or two components. For state agencies which have adopted the Uniform State Test (UST), applicants are required only to take the National Test Component with Uniform State Content. For state agencies which have not adopted the UST, applicants are required to take the National Test Component with Uniform State Content and the State Test Component(s) for the state agency(ies) in which they are seeking licensure.
To help prepare for this test, My Mortgage Trainer has developed a Uniform State Test Study Guide and Practice test as well as practice tests for the National Test Component. In this "bundle" of study materials you will receive:
- A graded SAFE20 National Test Practice Exam
- An ungraded SAFE20 National Test Practice Exam
- A Uniform State Test Study Guide and Practice Exam
The graded practice test will ask 100 questions. Upon completion you will receive a report of the questions you missed, which will help you decipher what areas of study you may need more focus on. The ungraded practice exam also contains 100 questions, however, this format will let you keep answering the question until you choose the correct answer. You will not receive a report of what questions you missed on the exam because it will not let you move on until you choose the correct answer.
Please note that these exams cannot be reset upon completion, however, you may request additional tests upon completion, free of charge.
