No-Show Policy for Live Events

If a registrant is unable to attend a live event and does not cancel or reschedule, under the Cancellation or Reschedule Policy, the registrant (now deemed a “No-Show”) remains responsible for the full registration fee.

A "No-Show" will not lose the tuition paid he/she provides a substitute at the same event and the substitute does the following:

  1. Checks in with the registration table prior to the event.
  2. Indicates for whom he/she is substituting.
  3. "No-Shows" may not apply any charges from the event no-show for a future event and the charges paid are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

A student may cancel enrollment only by providing written notice to Financial Strategies.

If we receive your written notice:

  • Within two business days of the date of purchase, all monies paid shall be refunded;
    unless the course has commenced.
  • After two business days of the date of purchase and prior to the commencement of classes,
    there shall be no refund

All courses we offer exclude any costs for NMLS credit banking, if later any student requests we credit bank, unless that cost was itemized as an add on cost after we are NMLS approved for the 20 hours PE, any party who is eligible for credit banking, must pay the cost of credit banking, not FS.

Maryland Live 40 Hour Refund Policy

All monies paid by the student will be fully refunded if the student chooses not to enroll in or to withdraw from the school within seven (7) calendar days after having signed the enrollment contract.

If the student chooses not to enroll after the seven (7) day cancellation period, but before the first (1st) day of instruction, the application fee will be retained by the school.

If, after the seven (7) day cancellation period, a student withdraws or is terminated after the instruction begins, refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

If the school closes, cancels, or discontinues a program, the school will refund to each currently enrolled student all monies paid by the student for tuition and fees and all monies for which the student is liable for tuition and fees.

Students are requested, but not required, to notify the Director or designated school official if they are withdrawing from the school.

Refunds are based on the last date of attendance.

All refunds due will be paid within sixty (60) days of the student’s last day of attendance.

Books purchased are the property of the student and are not refundable, except within the seven (7) day cancellation period.

Michigan Fundamentals Live 24 Hour Course Refund Policy

Program Refund Policy

All monies paid by the student will be fully refunded if the student chooses not to enroll in or to withdraw from the school within three (3) calendar days after having signed the enrollment contract.

If the student chooses not to enroll after the three (3) day cancellation period, but before the first (1st) day of instruction, the application fee will be retained by the school.

“All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.”
